Common questions

How can I order a piece or request an estimate?

First, you must send us a reference image of what you would like us to create, or a written description specifying your request. Inquiries can be made via WhatsApp or email. Immediately, our studio will provide details about the characteristics of each possible material, how the work process is and the costs involved. We will send you a complete quotation including the shipment of the work. You can feel free to ask any questions and clarify all of your doubts anytime during the process.

How much do the artworks cost?

The value of each artwork varies greatly depending on its characteristics. Since all of our artworks are exclusive, we need to know the measurements, materials and shipping destination in order to provide an accurate quote. Our studio takes care of everything, from the creation of the artwork to the logistics of shipping it to any destination in the world.

It is important to keep in mind that our studio works with a minimum deadline of 100 days, from the moment the quotation is confirmed. In the case of some materials and maritime shipments, the deadline may be even longer. We do not produce works in series, so each piece requires a very personalized dedication.

What materials do we use?

We work with materials such as polyester resin, bronze, wood, marble, and stainless steel. Each material has its own characteristics, advantages, and costs. Our quotes are presented in different materials, unless the client has a preference for a specific material.

What is the approximate time
frame for the creation of the
artwork?

Between the time it takes to create the piece and the time it takes to ship it, the artwork has a minimum delay of 100 days once the order is placed.

What do I need to send for a
quote on the artwork?

In order to provide a quote, we need a reference image, measures, information on the location of the piece (if the piece will be placed indoors or outdoors), and any preferences for materials or questions you may have about the process. Once we receive this information, we will prepare an artistic proposal that will be sent to the client for approval.

Confirmation of the order and
payment method

Because of the artistic nature of our work in our studio, we place a great importance on the relationship we have with our clients. That is why we propose a virtual or in-person meeting to get to know them. Our exclusive works are created with a lot of dedication, and we respect and love our work, which is why we choose to get to know our clients and have a first-hand understanding of their ideas. This is important to understand them and offer the best of our work. In this way, the client can virtual tour our studio and we can also get to know their concerns and the story behind the artistic request they are making. Our studio then sends a 3D proposal that must be approved by the client. Once everything is defined, a deposit of 15% is made for the total cost of the work and the balance is paid once the client receives the artwork.
